Here's a few frequently asked questions.
Where's the business located?
Physical operations take place in Palma De Mallorca. Given the fact most work takes place over the internet, location is not an issue.
What companies can you work with?
Small businesses and startups located within the Schengen area.
Do you have a TOS?
Yes. Each contract that will be offered to clients will include a terms of service for them to review. The document has all relative information, such as work conduct, payments, cancellation, and ownership of materials such as reports and designs.
What if I want to cancel my agreement?
Should I or the client believe the agreement has been breached, both I and the client have the right to cancel the agreement. Should the client or I cancel the agreement, client is expected to deliver any outstanding payments.
You helped me make my design, but who owns it?
Any material made for the client is property of the client. However, I reserve the right to keep the material saved should the client wish to continue collaborating and to use it as reference in my portfolio.
What are your rates?
Consulting prices are currently 40 EURO per hour. This includes all activities, such as meetings and working on reports.
Market research reports, general reports and presentations, cost 50 EURO per presentation.
What type of payments do you accept?
Main payment will be done through bank transfers. However, PayPal can be used for when dealing with collaborators such as artists.
